We are located in Germany and ship to the EU-zone countries (including the United Kingdom). Orders are usually shipped out within 24-48 hours (Mon-Fri). ATTENTION: Due to the large number of orders during the holiday season, order processing time can be increased

Shipping destinations

We ship to the European Union countries and the United Kingdom.

We are very sorry but at this moment we do not ship to countries outside the EU-zone and the United Kingdom — if you really want to order from us outside of the countries we ship to, please contact us at [email protected].

Shipping costs

We charge a delivery fee based on the product dimensions and weight. The shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

Orders over 100€ are eligible for free shipping. This will be applied automatically during checkout.

Digital orders are free of shipping costs and can be downloaded immediately after purchase.

Shipping times

Germany: 1-2 business days

The European Union countries: 2-4 business days

The United Kingdom: 4-5 business days

Taxes & Duties

For EU countries and UK, the taxes are already included and you don't have to pay anything extra upon receiving your order.

Customers ordering from all other countries are responsible for paying their own customs duties and taxes that may be required by your country. If you decide not to pay the fee, the package will be returned back to us. You will receive a refund once the package is back in our hands. This refund will not include the shipping fee you paid at checkout and the restocking fee.

Order and shipping confirmation

Upon placing an order with Cubitoo Shop, you'll receive an order confirmation email. The orders are usually shipped out within 1-2 business days. After the shipment of your order, a shipping confirmation email will be sent, containing details such as the tracking number if you picked a shipping method that includes a tracking number. Should you not receive these emails, please check your spam folder.

Delivery times

You will find the estimated delivery times during checkout, after providing your delivery address. For orders to most EU countries, it usually takes 1-6 business days to arrive. Please see more specific delivery times according to your location during checkout. We ship with DHL to ensure the best delivery times and costs.

Courier partners and tracking

Cubitoo Shop collaborates with trustworthy courier companies to ensure timely and safe delivery. If you have picked a shipping method that includes a tracking number, shipping confirmation emails will contain a tracking link to follow your package's delivery. Be aware that tracking information might take 1-3 days to appear on the courier's website. And in case you picked the Affordable shipping method, you will not receive the tracking number, as it doesn't include tracking.

Signatures and package delivery

Some couriers may require a signature upon delivery, in which case the package won't be left at your doorstep without a signature. If you'll be unavailable to sign, you can arrange for someone else to do so or contact the courier company to make alternative delivery arrangements. Note that Cubitoo Shop is not responsible for packages once delivered and signed for.

Damages due to courier handling

If a package appears damaged, please photograph the packaging and contact the courier company and Cubitoo Shop at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will assist you.

Incomplete or incorrect orders

Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving an incomplete or incorrect order, and we will handle shipping costs for missing or incomplete items or issue a refund if needed.

Order changes and accurate shipping details

Ensure that shipping details are accurate at checkout. Email us at [email protected] within 12 hours if any errors are noticed, although we cannot guarantee changes after this time.

Delayed delivery

Delays in delivery might occur due to factors beyond our control, but we will always strive to keep you updated and provide assistance.

Lost of stolen packages

If a package is lost or stolen, contact us at [email protected], and we will assist. Note that Cubitoo Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping.
