We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it.
  • Unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package.
  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

We will work with you to evaluate the issue and find a resolution as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including, but not limited to:

  • Customized or made-to-order items (e.g., 3D printed objects tailored to the customer’s specifications).
  • Digital products (e.g., digital publications, downloadable files, or licenses for digital content such as STL files).
  • Consumable goods (e.g., candles, or other items that are intended for single-use or have a limited shelf life).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

For the fastest way to receive a replacement or different item, we recommend the following process:

  1. Return the item you have, following our return policy.
  2. Once your return is accepted, please make a new purchase for the item you'd like.

This ensures we can process your order and shipment as quickly as possible.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. This applies only to standard, non-customized goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items (e.g., engraved items, custom 3D prints, tailored products).
  • Items for which production has already started, and which cannot be resold to others.
  • Digital products or services that have been accessed or downloaded after purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
