The art of shrugging off

When facing mockery for following good practices, or criticism, I tend to shrug it off. I learned that, to detach myself from the emotional side of being criticized and mocked for things I consider valuable in my daily life and work.

Shrugging off is an art or keeping the emotions at bay, and not letting them overflow my perception.

Yes, maybe something I do is silly, but it’s okay, it doesn’t matter this much. Maybe I failed a little, learned my lesson, and found a way to improve? Nothing more to worry, these things happen.

See how easy it is to shrug off, and be free from the stigma of judgement, both external and internal?
