Failing without blame

Failing is part of the growth process, but there’s a trap many teams fall into: blaming.

When we are focused more on finding the culprit, and pointing our fingers around, we loose time that could be used to learn and grow.

Next time you feel like a failure needs to be assigned, ask yourself: does it really help anyone? Does it let them grow and improve?
