Breaking point

Different things behave in their own way when you apply pressure.

Some, like wood, will snap and break loudly, making a lot of noise.

Other, like metal, will first silently bend and give in, before snapping.

No matter what you apply pressure to, it will at some point break, and it will never be the same again. Do you really need the pressure, after all?
