There’s a concept, that you need to perform some task every day for a month to form a habit.
Use this to make healthy habits, and get rid of the destructive ones: start day with a glass of water, first thing in the morning. Eat a healthy breakfast with people you love. Look in the mirror and smile, say good morning to yourself. Write a journal, just one sentence, every day.
