On breaking the rules

Rules are almost never set in stone, nor they are the only way possible to act.

Instead, they are a guideline. A good practice that was established by the ones before us. Solutions for problems we might encounter.

We were taught to always follow the rules and never question them. Yet, if we want to change things, make progress, we need to break them from time to time.

Courageous people break from the typical 9-5 workdays, or start working from home. They question ridiculous rules made by people making rules for the sake of making rules. Question taboo, and reach for a better, fairer, more honest and happy future.

There are rules that are not meant to be broken: morality, legality, social order. Everything else is meant to be broken, improved, changed to let us forge a better reality.
