Ever wondered why it's so hard to make friends as an adult?
Being forced to spend half a day at school as a teenager, it was easy to make friends. You were there, they were there, at the same time, the same place. 5 days a week, year by year.
While it's possible to make friends in other ways, thanks to the Internet, majority of friendships are being made at work, school, places where you spend some time, regularly.
Familiar people will be there, and the more often you see them, the more space in your life they will take.
Work is a great place to make new friends, you're there 8 hours a day. Just be yourself, and listen.
