Human touch

It was never easier to be close to other people: instant communication, social networks, video at your fingertips. Yet, it feels lately, that technology pushes us apart, and limits our human interactions.

What happens when you somebody gets in touch with your company? Are they welcomed by a human representative, or are they bounced between automated systems?

"Thank you for calling, your voice is very important to us" is today's metaphor of "We are closed" sign.
