When things get tough, it’s easy to clench our teeth, and just press on. Just one more hour, just one more day.. We lie to ourselves, saying it’s only temporary.
When life gets tough, take a breath. Sit down, drink a tea, watch how the aroma swirls in the cup. Recollect yourself. Take a deep breath, and let the storm around you swirl, while you are in the eye of the cyclone.
It will pass. Just keep breathing, one breath at a time. Don’t push yourself, don’t burn yourself out.
