When facing an issue, you can be either on the problem side or the solution side. In other words, you can be part of the problem: complicating things, raising doubt, muddling the situation, or you can be part of the solution: solving problems, coming up with solutions, smoothing the case over.
Too often, we deal with people who come up with problems for any solution. It's easy to point at things and matter-of-factly state it doesn't work. Coming up with a solution requires much imagination, thought, and most of all… effort.
Next time you're facing any issue, a thought should ring in your mind: "I can choose to be part of the solution". It's that easy!
